Character's Name: Remy Anna Hadley

Age/Year in School: 16/6th

Gender: Female

Preferred House: Not Hufflepuff

Physical Profile (height, build, weight, hair colour, eye colour, skin tone, race, etc.): She's of average height and weight with long dark hair. She has high cheekbones and sparkly, wide eyes. Her face is square-ish shaped and she personally thinks that she has a great profile. It's her favorite feature. Her mom used to tell her that she had the most beautiful smile she'd ever seen. She's thin and curvy. Her hair is naturally straight, but every once in a while she likes to mix things up and add some volume.
Generally, she likes to wear jeans or khakis and nice tank top or t-shirt. She does like shoes, but she doesn't like to wear heels everywhere she goes. Tennis shoes are nice. She's absolutely obsessed with suspenders, so she usually wears those over my tank top.
When she does her makeup, she likes to keep it natural, so she usually only goes with foundation and a light blush. Some times she plays it up with dark eyeliner on the top lid, just because it looks awesome. But mostly, she doesn't like to look fake so she keeps it natural.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, but has a razor tongue. Honestly, don't insult her, her family or her friends. You won't be walking right for a while. She'll do whatever it takes to protect the ones she loves. She'd go to the end of the world for them. she can be a little snarky, her quick Witt has the tendency to throw people off. She says whatever comes to her mind with little to no verbal filter. Her philosophy is 'If you can't tell the truth, don't tell anything.' She tries to live by it because she thinks a lie is more brutal than the truth. She likes to have a good time, but school is very important to her. So, if you see her studying, wait until she's done to ask her to play Quidditch or taunt someone. If you've just met her, she probably won't tell you much about herself. She prefers to remain a mystery. She's slightly self conscious about her life and don't tend to talk about it. She does very well with blocking out disturbing, uncomfortable and painful thoughts.

Birthplace: Oxford, England

Background and History: (Please be detailed) She was born in Oxford during the winter of 1980 and attended public school until she was 11. When she was 13, her mother -who had been diagnosed with Huntington's Chorea before she was born- died of the disease. She'd been basically a vegetable for about a year and a half. Her father was devastated. Remy was glad that her suffering was over with. Her father, in his anguish, hung himself in their bathroom a week later. She came home from school and found the police there. He'd invited a neighbor to lunch in their home, but he really didn't want her to be the one who'd found him. Remy's godfather adopted her and She's been with him ever since. She thinks he pretended to be happy for her when she got her Hogwarts letter. He was probably scared because she was different. At the age of fifteen, Remy was already showing signs of Huntington's and her Godfather has insisted that she get tested, but she's refused. She'd rather not know if she's dieing. People would ask how old she was when her parents died, and she told them Thirteen. That's where her nickname came from. It's morbid, of course, but it helps her to remember them.

Any Special Abilities? Working on Wandless Magic. She hasnt quite got it down yet, but she's working on it.

The courtyard at Hogwarts School was one her her favorite places to be. The fresh air and singing trees helped her to clear her head. Remy would be sick in only twenty-year's time. The disease her mother had passed down was inevitably in her DNA and there was nothing she could do about it. Her hands already shook and he memory was already slipping. Not even twenty-years-old and the Huntington's was already making an appearance.

But she tried not to think about that. She tried only to think about good things. Such as being back to Hogwarts. In Remy's opinion, it was the greatest place anyone could be. It helped her escape from her pending health decline. It distracted her and took her to a different world where she wasn't different and everyone had a problem. Remy was thrilled to be back.

As she watched, a bird, not days old, fell out of its nest. He didn't cry. He didn't make a sound. She envied him. Being young and having fallen out of a tree, she would have cried like a baby and ran home to...who? Her godfather. Right. Because her parents were dead. Her mother died from the same disease she'd passed down to her daughter and not a week later, her father played hangman in the bathroom. But she tried not to think about it. Remy stood and scooped the tiny bird back into its nest, then retreated to her prior seat.

The sun was beginning to set. Remy had been sitting in the courtyard longer than she'd realized. But she didn't want to go back into the castle. She wanted to stay there until it go too cold to stay there any longer. She hadn't brought a sweater, so she knew that wouldn't be very long.

Everything looks fine to me, but so there won't be any confusion, could you please change Remy's first name. That's a known nickname for Remus in this rp from the past. :)
